The three-day programme will combine plenary science with interactive sessions designed to foster genuine collaboration and community building:

• Keynote lectures by invited international speakers

• Oral presentations open to all participants (15 min + 5 min Q&A)

• Poster sessions with flash poster pitches (2 minutes per poster)

• Hands-on workshops: metabarcoding, SEM imaging, biomonitoring indices, AI-based identification

• Round table discussions on nomenclature, barcoding standards, and Asian biomonitoring frameworks

• Conference dinner and cultural evening

Due to the weather conditions in Harbin during the conference period, no field excursion will be provided. Instead, a half-day visit to our lab and the university history museum will be arranged.
